Shipping Policy
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please take a moment to review the item listing and shipping information to ensure it is correct. If a correction is needed, please reply to the e-mail with the correct information.
An additional e-mail will be sent to you when your transaction has been charged to your credit card.
U.S. Domestic Delivery.
• Shipping will be calculated based on weight and destination.
• There is an additional charge for shipping on orders to Alaska and Hawaii. You will be notified via email of these charges.
• Special rates apply for rush delivery service and will vary depending on the type of delivery and the weight and dimensions of your order. Please call if you require rush delivery and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.

Return Policy
Damaged Products: You must notify empirecandle.com within 48 hours of receiving purchases that have been damaged in shipment. Retain all packaging and product. Call our toll free number and our staff will take it from there.
Other Returned Items: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a refund less a 15% restocking fee:
• any candle in its original, undamaged condition including original packaging, other than Ball Jar Candles or "On Sale" merchandise.
• and any other merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from empirecandle.com .
